Regional Sales Manager - Phoenix, AZ

We know you've heard of us! Car Keys Express is growing rapidly, undergoing a national expansion. In the past five years, we’ve grown from 60 employees to over 400. We’ve averaged 50% revenue growth each year over the past 8 years. We’re looking for an experienced Sales Professional to help play an important part in our growth.

• Strong communication and networking skills required
• Ability to close accounts
• Management experience in a dealership and/or B2B territory sales experience
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Good organizational skills
• Strong work ethic and a self-starter

• 5+ years Dealership Sales Management experience selling within short sales cycles
• Majority of role will be with travel. This territory covers Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah and Wyoming.
• Must currently live in the Phoenix Metro area

Aggressive pay plan--NO CAP on earnings potential. Salary plus commission with target compensation of $200,000+. Opportunities for advancement mean virtually unlimited earning potential.
