Interstate Mechanical Corporation, (IMCOR) is a full-service HVAC contractor located in Phoenix Arizona, with over 50 years of experience installing and maintaining heating and cooling systems. We are currently seeking an Inside Salesperson to join our team. We continue to grow and need another great person to join our team.

• Work with national and local accounts with proposal creation
• Work with the existing outside sales and inside sales team to expedite all proposals
• Play an integral role in driving sales by having a great sense of urgency and detail
• Understands that the faster and more efficient we get things done the better it is for the team and the customer.
• Attend new customer meetings with the sales team when necessary
• Other duties as assigned when needed
• Participate in weekly internal meetings with the sales team
• Assist with marketing ideas/promotional activities with the team
• Participate in lunch and learns and vendor onsite meetings when necessary

• Must be able to communicate effectively and maintain effective relationships with co-workers and customers
• The ability to perform under pressure with stringent guidelines and time frames
• High sense of urgency
• A passion for sales
• Inside sales experience preferred
• Telemarketing experience helpful
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Having a Background in working with HVAC/Plumbing preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems preferred.
• Attention to detail, and prioritize time sensitive duties
• Professionalism
• The desire to think outside the box and always problem solve
• Ability to cooperate successfully as a member of a team and at times and work independently with minimal supervision
