Job Summary

Havel is seeking a Temperature Controls Sales Representative. The role involves selling building automation system add‑ons, upgrades, and installations to General Growth Properties by providing innovative solutions, accurate quotations, and estimates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Annually quote, book, and achieve gross margin goals.
  • Accurately estimate the true lowest cost to stay competitive.
  • Properly control total cost so that the division operates profitably.
  • Maintain a monthly planning calendar to track projects.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of sales experience in a related business preferred with a proven, verifiable record of accomplishment.
  • Highly motivated self‑starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent people and communication skills; ability to persuade and close sales.
  • Ability to handle a variety of situations encountered during sales processes.
  • Proven sales capabilities and willingness to travel regularly.
  • Excellent communicator, self‑motivated individual with strong organizational skills.
  • Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.

Compensation

$80,000–120,000 annual salary plus sales commission.
