Travel:
Approximately 50%

Compensation: $80K Base ($150-160K OTE)

Our client is expanding its presence across the Western United States and is seeking a high-energy Regional Sales Manager who thrives on building territory, penetrating new accounts, and winning competitive, technically complex opportunities.

This is not an account maintenance role.

This is a growth role.

You will be responsible for expanding market share, creating new demand, and positioning the client's solutions early in customer test system design cycles.

Our client is a global leader in high-performance connectivity solutions for automated test systems. Their advanced mass interconnect platforms reduce the cost of test while delivering exceptional reliability and scalability.

Their solutions support critical programs across:

  • Government and defense
  • Automotive
  • Commercial aerospace
  • Biomedical and advanced manufacturing

When customers are building mission-critical test equipment, the client's solutions are a core part of their strategy.

What You Will Own Territory Expansion
  • Develop and execute a structured territory growth plan
  • Identify and win new logo accounts
  • Displace competitive solutions through technical and commercial differentiation

    Position solutions early in the specification process
Technical Solution Selling
  • Sell engineered, modular connectivity systems into complex environments
  • Engage engineers, program managers, and executive decision-makers
  • Coordinate with engineering and marketing to deliver tailored solutions
Field Leadership
  • Travel approximately 50% across the Western region
  • Conduct on-site customer visits, demos, and project reviews
  • Represent the client at key industry events and trade shows
Pipeline & Forecast Discipline
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and forecast rigor
  • Drive margin discipline and opportunity velocity
  • Continuously improve close rates and territory efficiency
What Were Looking For
  • 10+ years of B2B industrial or technical sales experience
  • Proven track record as a hunter with measurable new business growth
  • Experience selling engineered products or systems
  • Comfortable navigating complex, long sales cycles
  • Strong executive presence and technical fluency
  • Highly self-directed and performance-driven
