Position OverviewParkside Tech is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for our Managed IT Services division. This role is responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships with business owners and decision-makers, and closing managed service agreements.
The ideal candidate has experience selling B2B technology services or managed IT services and understands how to position IT as a strategic business solution.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and referrals
- Develop relationships with business owners, executives, and IT decision-makers
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client technology needs
- Present Parkside Tech’s Managed IT Services, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions
- Prepare proposals and managed service agreements
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract signing
- Work with technical leadership to design appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity within CRM
- Attend local networking events and industry groups to represent Parkside Tech
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (technology or managed services preferred)
- Experience selling recurring service contracts
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical business leaders
- Selfotivated with strong prospecting and closing ability
Preferred Experience- Managed Service Provider (MSP) sales
- Cybersecurity or cloud solution sales
- IT infrastructure or network solution sales
- Local Arizona business network connections
- Base Salary + Commission
