Sunlink Energy Greater Phoenix Area (On-site)

The Office Manager responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communications while coordinating service appointments and supporting revenue-generating activities. This role serves as a key point of contact for prospects and existing customers, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate scheduling, and consistent communication throughout the sales and service process.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and confident on the phone, with the ability to balance sales support responsibilities and operational coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls from prospective and existing customers
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls to leads, past customers, and open opportunities
  • Schedule sales consultations, service visits, inspections, and technician appointments
  • Coordinate technician availability and maintain calendar accuracy
  • Confirm appointments and provide customers with clear visit expectations
  • Document all interactions, updates, and outcomes accurately in CRM
  • Track open service requests and follow up until resolution
  • Escalate urgent issues to appropriate team members as needed
  • Support sales team by ensuring timely lead follow-up and pipeline management
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers through install and post-install stages
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of inside sales, customer service, or call center experience
  • Strong verbal communication and phone skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up consistently
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
