Ideal candidates possess 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, strong financial acumen, and a results-driven mindset, preferably with janitorial industry knowledge or Spanish fluency.

MissionDrive quality recurring revenue while building and managing strong client relationships across the Phoenix area. Ensure that the entire sales pipeline—from lead generation to closing is operating efficiently, with high standards of communication, accountability, and performance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- New recurring revenue generated:
Minimum $7,500/month by month 3 - $5,000of project work per month
- Number of qualified walkthroughs completed
- Number of follow‑ups and proposals sent
- Client satisfaction and retention metrics
- Sales pipeline value and close rate
- Coordination quality with subcontractors
- Taking action daily through calls, site visits, and networking
- Clear and consistent communication with clients, team members, and operations
- Driving quality, profitable revenue, and maintaining high sales standards
- Ensuring exceptional client satisfaction
- Accountability for subcontractor performance and goal alignment
- Documenting and double‑checking all sales activities for accuracy
- Lead Generation:
Cold calling, in‑person visits, and networking - Sales Pipeline & CRM Oversight:

- Post‑secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years of proven success in B2B sales, account management, or retail leadership with measurable revenue growth
- Strong negotiation, relationship‑building, and communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Demonstrated financial acumen and ability to analyze sales trends, pricing, and profitability
- Self‑driven, organized, and adaptable — able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Janitorial experience and the ability to speak Spanish are aplus
- A strong leader with excellent relationship‑building abilities
- Experienced in structuring, building, and growing a new market

- Competitive salary and uncapped commissions:
Salary range: $60,000 - $120,000 per year - Leads and appointments provided
