Eagle Aluminum | Southwest Territory & Northwest Territory, Phoenix-based, Seattle or Portland-based
Eagle Aluminum is growing — and growing aggressively. We’re looking for a motivated Regional Sales Manager (individual contributor) to build and expand a defined geographic territory.
This is a revenue-producing role focused on relationship development, customer engagement, and territory growth. You’ll work from a defined list of target accounts while actively identifying and developing new customers. Success in this role requires energy, discipline, and a genuine desire to serve customers well.
You will represent a broad range of aluminum trims, profiles, and custom extrusions across the architectural, construction, and industrial markets. An interest in learning and confidently selling across a wide product portfolio is essential.
What You’ll Be Doing- Own and grow revenue within your assigned territory
- Build strong relationships with architects, contractors, manufacturers, and distributors
- Work from a target account list while proactively developing new business
- Travel throughout the region (approximately 50%) to stay close to customers
- Attend and represent Eagle Aluminum at industry trade shows
- Maintain consistent daily engagement with customers (calls, visits, follow-up)
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and regular 1:1 coaching sessions
- Operate independently and virtually with strong accountability
- Utilize CRM / Net Suite to manage pipeline and activity
- Provide market feedback to sales leadership on pricing, product trends, and opportunities
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience
- A growth mindset and strong sense of ownership
- Motivation to build long-term customer relationships
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team culture
- Strong communication skills and organization
- Understanding of basic margin and gross profit concepts
Experience in building products, construction, industrial, or manufacturing sales is a plus.
CompensationCompetitive base salary plus performance-based commission, with strong upside tied directly to territory growth.
