Role Description

This is a full-time remote role based in Phoenix, AZ. As a Salesperson at Air & Sea International, Inc., you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals. You will actively promote the company's transportation and freight services, analyze client needs, and create tailored solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Communication

    Skills:

    Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Current book of business to move over.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Understanding of international and domestic freight services such as ocean, air, FTL, LTL, Heavy Haul, and Hot Shot
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical

    Skills:

    Ability to evaluate customer requirements and offer customized solutions
  • Time Management and Organization:
    Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the logistics and transportation industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
