Key Account Manager - Semiconductor

We’re seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to own and grow relationships with major customers in Arizona. This is a high-impact role focused on customer engagement, strategic account planning, revenue growth, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Act as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, developing strong, trust-based relationships.
• Understand customer business needs and partner internally to deliver solutions that drive mutual success.
• Build strategic account plans and identify opportunities to expand revenue and market share.
• Lead sales activities including presentations, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.
• Represent customer voice internally; work with product, engineering, operations, and marketing to align on priorities.
• Coordinate product introductions, demos, training, and support as needed.
• Maintain accurate account activity and forecasting in CRM systems.
• Achieve established sales objectives and revenue targets.
• Work independently and think creatively to solve customer challenges.

• Proven experience in key account management or strategic sales with a track record of driving growth.
• Strong relationship building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker who can prioritize, multitask, and manage competing demands.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence internal stakeholders to support customer needs.
• Experience forecasting and managing sales pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree; technical or engineering background preferred.
• Ability to travel within the region as required.
