Spanesi Americas is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our expanding team. The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, and customer retention within their assigned territory by promoting Spanesi's products and solutions to automotive repair facilities, collision centers, and other relevant businesses.

This candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel and be able to generate new sales leads on a regular basis. The candidate should be able to keep track of their sales and effectively communicate with other team members while out in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within your assigned territory.
  • Identify and prospect new customers while nurturing existing relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on Spanesi's innovative collision repair equipment and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to provide customer service, training, and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to establish marketing initiatives for your area.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Attend events in representation of Spanesi, in and out of your territory.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required by the management team.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry, collision repair processes, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite of products.
  • Experience in Zoho CRM is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
