To be successful in our Sales Rep role, you will be a high performing B2B sales professional who has a track record of selling solutions to a variety of personality types.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS MAY INCLUDE:
  • Market to new and existing customers through the creation, development, and implementation of various business solutions.
  • Create focused proposals and presentations to potential customers leading to sales opportunities.
  • Ensure timely follow up with perspective and current customers using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Develop strategic plans with United Access local branches to increase market share of existing products and develop new markets for existing products or products that fit our core technology.
  • Develop sales, delivery, and follow-up process with United Access branches to meet and exceed customer expectations and needs.
  • Create sales and marketing opportunity strategies and implement those plans.
  • Establish and develop relationships with customer decision makers and key contacts in wheelchair accessiblemarkets
  • .Manage and grow relationships with various prospects, clients, and partners in the commercial wheelchair accessible vehicle industry.
  • Ability for limited travel to United Access locations for marketing, customer deliveries, marketing events, and branch planning.
  • Forecast demand for proposed projects based on market research and business market trends.
  • Provide input to the management team on new product or service features to be developed to meet current and future customer needs.
  • Meet with commercial sales team weekly to review production reports and identify successes and/or roadblocks to meeting strategic targets.
Education, Skills, and

Experience:
  • Business to Business sales experience highly preferred
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in automotive vehicle sales preferred
  • Proficient computer skills working with various office equipment, computers and various programs including databases, Word, Outlook, Excel, etc. required and Customer Relationship Management System
  • Valid driver's license and clean DMV record required.
  • Proven experience working in mobility sales or the mobility industry and knowledge of the needs of various disabilities and the disabled is highly preferred.
  • Background or experience in the Automotive, Power Sports, or Equipment Dealership setting is a plus
