At Always On Time Screen Printing, we are seeking a passionate Sales Representative to join our team. This role plays a vital role in interacting with our clients, conducting effective sales presentations, and ensuring we meet our overall sales objectives.

• Maintain a deep knowledge of our products and services – understand features and benefits, and articulate them to potential clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and expand product reach, meeting or exceeding targets.
• Identify potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.
• Build strong relationships by providing excellent customer service, answering queries, and introducing new products.
• Communicate client feedback to product development to improve offerings and adapt sales strategy.
• Keep records of client appointments, sales, and deal closings.
• Implement and maintain a CRM system.
• Participate in team meetings and sales training to sharpen skills and expand product knowledge.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the printing or related industry.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Skilled at negotiation and closing.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven, with a proven track record in sales.
