Sr. Sales Representative – Data Center Solutions

Phoenix, AZ - Will consider Remote (US) for the right candidate

Up to 50% US Travel

$140,000 base salary + uncapped commission ($210K first-year OTE)

We’re looking for an experienced B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a consultative sales role focused on helping IT, facilities, and data center operations professionals understand the safety, compliance, and operational benefits of our product offerings. You’ll be a trusted advisor—educating customers, leading demonstrations, and developing long-term partnerships across multiple industries including technology, finance, healthcare, and colocation services.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience (technical or capital equipment sales preferred)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Proven track record of building relationships and driving sales growth through consultative selling
  • Experience with Hub Spot, Zoho, or other CRM tools
  • Background in data center infrastructure, IT equipment, or facilities management preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, develop, and close new business with end-users across data center, IT, and facilities environments
  • Conduct product demonstrations and virtual/in-person training sessions that highlight safety and ROI benefits
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts and activity tracking
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, and product teams to align customer feedback with product development
  • Represent at trade shows, industry events, and webinars to increase visibility and generate new leads
  • Provide expert consultation on ergonomic compliance, operational efficiency, and best practices in data center handling and logistics
