Due to a massive influx of new customers from our marketing efforts, we are hiring multiple full-time Inside Sales Account Managers

We are looking for high-energy, money-motivated closers and creative “storytellers” to join our team. This is a fast-paced,
B2C inside sales role where you will work exclusively with our current customers in a one-call-close environment

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with our existing customer base through outbound calls to consult, advise, and sell rare and unique collectible coins.
- Build instant rapport and effectively tell the story behind each product to create value and excitement.
- Manage a high-volume sales process, guiding customers from initial conversation to a successful one-call-close
. - Develop a deep knowledge of our products to act as a trusted advisor to collectors and new buyers.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance targets.
- Maintain a professional and helpful attitude to foster long-term client relationships
.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 2+ years of proven success in a sales role is required.
- Experience in inside sales, a call center, or other high-volume phone sales is strongly preferred.
- Expert knowledge of sales presentations, objection handling, and closing strategies
. - A high-energy, resilient, and competitive personality with a drive to succeed.
- Exceptional verbal communication and storytelling skills.
- Unquestionable ethics, honesty, and trustworthiness.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
