We are seeking a Business Development Manager who is driven to exceed recruitment/sales targets, thrives in a fast‑paced office setting, and enjoys the challenge of a start‑up business environment. In this role, you will be responsible for driving recruitment growth through direct interaction with candidates and building strong relationships. Responsibilities- Sales Target Achievement
:
The primary objective is to consistently meet and exceed sales goals through strategic prospecting, pitching, and closing deals. By employing a well‑thought‑out approach, the sales representative can effectively identify potential candidates, present compelling sales pitches, and successfully secure candidates. - Candidate Relationship Management
:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates. Build trust and provide exceptional service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster repeat business. - Lead Generation
:
Expand the customer and candidate base by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking. - Team Collaboration
:
Align sales efforts with the overall objectives of the company by working closely with co‑workers and coordination teams. - Sales Reporting
:
Track and document sales activities using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain transparency and accuracy of performance data.
Education
:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field.
Skills
:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ATS/CRM software.
- Problem‑solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Office‑based role supporting clients and candidates throughout 48 states.
- Standard office hours.
Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: $55,000 - $62,000 annual base salary, plus uncapped commission
