As our Plumbing Sales Representative, your day begins with a cup of coffee and a quick check of your sales targets—because you're all about setting the pace. Throughout the day, you connect with contractors and customers in person and over the phone, helping them find the right products and making sure they have what they need to keep their projects moving.

You process sales orders, bids, and job info packages with accuracy and confidence. When customers swing by the warehouse, you're ready to assist with a smile and solution. You work hand-in-hand with our Sales Director and Finance team to ensure payments are smooth and accounts stay on track. Whether you're helping someone choose fittings or spotting a red flag on a credit account, you're always one step ahead—because you understand your customers and know how to keep their business flowing.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of industry experience
• Experience using an inventory management system (Quick Books, Eclipse, Sage, etc.)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Knowledge of or the ability to quickly understand our products
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
• Ability to learn to safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipment
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills

• College degree or 5+ years' experience in the wholesale industry
• Experience with material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, hand dolly, etc.)
• Willingness to assist team members with other tasks
• Determination and drive to prospect new customers
• Results-oriented and service-minded
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
• Quick learner who can multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively
