* Grade 12
* Currently in an existing role which he or she wants to retain, but supplement value proposition and/or income by offering financial advice
* Access to in-segment market and existing network
* DOFA/Fit & proper
* A valid Driver’s licence and own car
* A clear criminal and credit check
* Proven computer literacy and digital dexterity
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Sound planning and organising abilities
* Ability to collate, analyse and synthesize information
