This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Consultant, located in Phoenix and surrounding areas. The Design Consultant will assist customers select from top manufacturers of carpet, flooring, tile, countertops and area rugs to transform their project. Our Design Consultants are focused on building lasting customer relationships and finding the right project for each customer based on their needs.

• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive client relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Experience in the flooring industry or related fields is a plus
• Computer literate and ability to use design, order and client management software
• High school diploma or equivalent required, relevant certifications or additional education in design or sales is advantageous
