Owner of Housier NPC, LLC/Member of MBPSWe’re looking for an ambitious, people-driven B2B Sales Representative to represent our company directly to business owners and decision-makers—face-to-face, in the field. This role isn’t just about making sales; it’s about making connections, building trust, and planting the seeds for long-term partnerships.
You’ll be introducing companies to who we are, what we do, and how we can help improve their business through cutting-edge IT services, cybersecurity, and process-driven technology solutions.
This is a growth-track position. As you demonstrate leadership, results, and a deep understanding of our mission, you’ll have the opportunity to step into a management role—building your own team, refining sales and outreach processes, and collaborating with leadership to shape the future of how we expand.
What You'll Do:- Go door-to-door introducing our company and services to local businesses.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and uncover business pain points we can solve.
- Represent our values: security, integrity, and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for scalable solutions using technology and process improvements.
- Collaborate closely with our technical teams to deliver real value.
- Earn commission on closed deals in addition to your hourly rate—commission is structured as a percentage of the contract value, with no cap.
- Grow into a managerial role, helping us develop outreach processes and train new team members.
- $20/hour base pay
- Commission on closed deals, paid as a percentage of the total contract value.
