Since 2016, our high-protein, drinkable oatmeal has reached over a million customers through direct-to-consumer, and we’re now scaling with all major nationwide retail and club partners. We are vertically integrated: we develop, manufacture, and fulfill everything in-house. This operational control allows us to engage customers directly in the R&D process—an initiative where we were first-to-market in CPG. What’s The Job?

The Director of Sales Enablement will create the systems, stories, and tools that help our sales team punch above its weight. This role sits at the crossroads of data diving, storytelling, retail marketing, and innovation—turning insight into simple, persuasive sell-in that wins on shelf. The role is dynamic and fast evolving, always underpinned by the objective of enabling our sales team to consistently deliver top tier results.

This is not a “deck-policing” role. You’ll be rolling up your sleeves—digging into data, building narratives from scratch, pressure-testing stories with sales, and constantly iterating based on what’s working in the field.

You will drive commercialization projects that impact the 5 P’s - Product, Package, Placement (Distribution), Price and Promotion. You will partner cross functionally to create clear projects, priorities and projects to create incremental value in physical retail and .com.

You will sit on the Commercial Leadership Team with 2 direct reports on day 1. You will be a key stakeholder in shaping the future of one of CPG’s most intriguing emerging brands. A curious mind and partner first orientation will set you up for success.

What You’ll Be Doing

Turn Data into Sales Firepower

  • Own how consumption, shopper, and performance data show up in sales conversations.
  • Translate messy, imperfect data into clear, retailer-ready stories.
  • Build simple frameworks to talk velocity, trial, repeat, and incrementality.

Build the Sales Story

  • Develop and evolve our core sales narrative.
  • Create flexible decks, one-pagers, and tools reps can actually use.
  • Keep storytelling tight, data driven, and buyer-focused.

Enable Retail Marketing & Execution

  • Partner with Marketing to translate campaigns and promos into sell-in materials.
  • Build clear playbooks for resets, launches, and key retail moments.
  • Ensure what we sell works on shelf.

Commercialize Core Innovation

  • Lead connectivity across organization to bring new core innovation items to life.
  • Lead commercialization stories for core innovation items.
  • Help sales teams confidently sell what’s new.

Build Sales Process

  • Drive annual selling process & cycle for retail team.
  • Lead annual October-Fest sales meeting – to set up for the coming year, preview core innovation, and kick off financial planning.
  • Help the sales team navigate the annual budget planning process to include net sales goals along with detailed shopper marketing and trade investment plans by channel and customer.

Drive Trade and Financial Excellence

  • Develop Trade Analytics to maximize display at aligned investment levels
  • Maximize Tentpole moments to maximize our investments at key seasonality moments
  • Partner closely with finance for investment decisions in developing promotions, new businesses and investment opportunities focused on growth
What You’ve Done And Who You Are
