Chapman BMW on Camelback is seeking dedicated sales professionals passionate about the BMW brand. As a Client Advisor
, you will own the client experience by understanding customer preferences and offering tailored solutions and exceptional product knowledge.
- Greet guests and convert them into clients by understanding their needs and interests, and recommending vehicles suited to their lifestyle.
- Demonstrate vehicles, highlighting appealing technology and features, and accompany customers on test drives.
- Educate customers on warranties, the purchase process, and financing options.
- Stay up-to-date on vehicle inventory, product options, and vehicle technology to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Negotiate deals with clients and assist with completion of sales and financing paperwork.
- Deliver sold vehicles to the customer, and follow up after the sale to ensure they are satisfied.
- Conduct business development and networking activities to generate sales and referrals, and log sales activities in the CRM system daily.
- Create and preserve relationships with clients through outbound sales activities.
- Previous automotive sales experience is required; high-line/luxury brand experience is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to exceed client expectations.
- Knowledgeable about current industry trends with a strong desire for continuous learning and growth.
- Ability to think from the customer’s perspective to understand and overcome objections.
- Persuasiveness coupled with strong negotiation skills to offer deals that satisfy both customer and dealership goals.
- Technology proficiency to adapt to evolving vehicle technology and dealership software.
- Achievement-driven, self-motivated and proactive.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

We are open Monday – Saturday 8am – 8pm and are seeking candidates with flexible availability to work various shifts during our business hours. Our sales team enjoys a 5‑day workweek with Sundays and one weekday off. Candidates can expect to spend a majority of their workday interacting with customers over the phone and in‑person in the dealership showroom and sales lots.
