Overview
Chapman BMW on Camelback is looking for a high energy and motivated sales professional to join our team! The Upgrade Center Specialist will work with management, service advisors, technicians and clients daily. Preferred candidates are outgoing and great at building relationships. Successful candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy having a variety of tasks to complete each day. Previous automotive sales experience is required.

- Act as a liaison between the sales and service departments, assisting clients based on their specific needs
- Listen to and troubleshoot client problems using BMW systems and software
- Assist management, technicians and service advisors in finding the best solution for our clients, based on cost and feasibility of repairs
- Assist clients who choose to purchase a new vehicle instead of repairing their current vehicle
- Order cars to client specifications and maintain strong communication with the client through vehicle delivery
- Process lease terminations
- Assist with other duties, as assigned
- A minimum of 1 year of automotive sales experience is required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Working knowledge of computer systems and Windows PC applications
- Ability to navigate and learn new systems and applications
- Experience using CRM systems preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, in person, over the phone and via text or email
- Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to safely drive or move vehicles
- Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
We are open Monday Saturday 8am 8pm and are seeking candidates with flexible availability to work various shifts during our business hours. Our sales team enjoys a 5-day workweek with Sundays and one weekday off. Candidate can expect to spend a majority of their workday interacting with customers over the phone and in-person in the dealership show room and sales lots.
