Position: Bilingual Inbound Sales Consultant - Base Pay + Uncapped Incentive (Hybrid - Phoenix)

Are you a persuasive communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment? Join our February 2026 class of Inbound Sales Consultants and help customers protect what matters most. At Farmers, your ambition fuels your income and your future. In this role you will respond to inbound calls, promote Farmers insurance products, consult with customers to understand their needs, and sell the products that best fit them.

You may also make outbound calls to optimize sales potential.

Uncapped Compensation
  • Guaranteed annual base pay of $43,056 – $67,500 based on experience + a 5% bilingual incentive.
  • Competitive benefits package + uncapped performance‑based incentive, giving you the opportunity to increase earnings on average up to $27,300 on top of base pay.
  • Top performers who consistently exceed goals can earn up to $75,000 on top of annual base pay.
What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales environment.
  • Proven ability to meet quotas, metrics, and goals.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to adapt style to each call and explain complex policy information clearly.
  • Must be eligible to obtain a resident/non‑resident Property & Casualty license in all required states.
Responsibilities
  • Sell insurance products to inbound callers by gathering data to generate quotes and ultimately bind the business; make outbound calls as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships while educating customers on coverages and costs.
  • Qualify customers for other products/services to create cross‑sell and upselling opportunities.
  • Navigate multiple computer systems while seamlessly interacting with the customer.

Location & Schedule
  • Workplace:
    Hybrid – 3 days in office (minimum, 3‑5 days), 2 days virtual for employees within 50 miles of a Farmers corporate office.
  • Initial training may require in‑office attendance; thereafter hybrid model applies.
  • Full‑time: 40 hours/week, five 8‑hour shifts per week.
  • Shifts:

    Training hours 8:30 am‑5 pm MT;
    Monday‑Friday 6 am‑8 pm MT; rotational Saturdays 7 am‑3:30 pm MT.
  • Flexibility for evenings, Saturdays, and holidays as needed.
Education Requirements

High School Diploma or GED. Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license.
