Design Tree Maintenance is seeking an Arborist - Tree Care Sales Rep to join our established team.

This role offers competitive compensation of $100,000 – $250,000+ per year based on sales performance

• Schedule: This full-time position begins at 7:30 a.m. and typically concludes between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m., depending on the day’s route.

As an Arborist - Tree Care Sales Rep, you will spend your day meeting with families in their homes to understand their needs and provide appropriate tree care recommendations. Each consultation will involve listening carefully, evaluating property conditions, and presenting solutions in a professional and straightforward manner. Rather than focusing on quick sales, you will emphasize integrity and long-term relationships by guiding clients toward the services that best fit their needs.

Your role will be to demonstrate the value of professional tree care and ensure that every client leaves the conversation confident in their decision. Over time, your ability to connect with families will make you the trusted point of contact they return to again and again.

• Experience with in-home sales (not B2B) with comfort entering people’s homes and building rapport
• Experience selling big-ticket items in the $1,000 – $20,000 range, such as flooring, tile, solar, or cars
• People-first mindset with the ability to sell through trust, care, and genuine connection
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Integrity and professionalism, with a focus on selling the right solution rather than making a quick sale
