Inside Sales Representatives

Tri Star provides software, services, and hardware to engineering professionals at manufacturing and design companies throughout North America.

Tri Star is seeking energetic Inside Sales Representatives interested in a career with a stable and innovative company. The desire to work with new and existing customers via the phones is the key element to success in this position.

Key Responsibilties include, but are not limited to:

• Account management and development
• Generate and develop customers through outbound calls
• Prepare and present client proposals
• Maintain accounts and sales through company CRM
• Become a Tri Star and industry product expert

• Ability to quickly grasp technical details and concepts
• Self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic personality
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Organized with excellent time management

Tri Star provides a competitive base salary plus commission and bonuses (on-target-earnings for first year - $40,000 - $60,000) with an employee benefit program which includes a 401k plan.
