We are seeking elite Personal Results Sales Representatives (PRS) who are not only top performers but also driven by personal growth, resilience, and a desire to make a profound impact on others' lives.
Our PRS team operates on the front lines of Transformation by working with and enrolling our clients to attend Tony Robbins most sought after, life & business transforming events including Unleash the Power Within (UPW), Date With Destiny (DWD), and Mastery University.

This is a remote role and currently only open to US-based candidates with US Citizenship / Greencard.
The RoleThis is a 100% outbound sales role where you will be proactively finding clients inside our database and leveraging your own network for referrals to drive sales.
- Drive event sales for all Tony Robbins hallmark events by going deep with clients and ensuring they close the gap so they reach their highest goals and life vision
- Develop a core understanding of the Tony Robbins event product offerings and guiding the client to the best programs for their needs. This is role is meant for strong closers with a nurture-first mentality
- Deliver a best in class client experience to all people looking to attend a Tony Robbins event while building value through each transformation conversation you lead with our clients
- Work on a high-performance team that pulls in the same direction toward high impact growth. We operate in a transparent, coaching-rich environment where you will receive the training and feedback to take your sales game to the next level
- Maintain a high conversion percentage and track your path toward continued excellence by using KPIs to chart your growth and success along with your team
Youāll be expected to make 80-100+ calls per day, focusing on high-volume lead generation and sales conversion. Comfort with cold calling and generating leads from your own network will be key to success.
Requirements- Experience working in a high-volume inside phone sales environment (80-100+ calls/day)
- Experience and proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce
- Upbeat attitude with a true passion and interest in the client journey and helping others succeed
- Are top performers in sales with 4+ years' experience in a high-conversion, high-volume, high-ticket sales environments.

- We offer a 3 month paid training program to ramp up our PRS to sell immediately. The PRS role offers a $10k+ / month
