Sales Development Representative

We’re Two Brothers Epoxy Flooring, Arizona’s fastest-growing epoxy, terrazzo, and polished concrete contractor.

We generate 100+ inbound leads every week through Google, Meta, and Yelp.

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who’s ready to take charge, convert those leads, and prospect new business when the phone slows down.

• Respond to inbound leads and book qualified appointments for our sales reps
• Prospect new opportunities (GCs, property managers, business owners)
• Manage your pipeline through Housecall Pro
• Hit your daily/weekly KPIs
• Join “Sales Power Hours” (Tues & Thurs) to push outbound activity
• Be part of a performance-driven, family-built culture

• Base Pay: $40K–$48K
• Commission: $15–$20 per qualified appointment
• Bonus: 1–2% of total closed revenue
• Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses for top performance
• OTE: $55K–$80K+ (top reps earn $85K+)

• Experienced in inside sales or call-based selling (home services a plus)
• Confident, clear, and competitive, thrives in a fast-moving environment
• Self‑motivated and accountable, you don’t need to be micromanaged
• Organized and tech‑savvy with CRM experience
