Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to oversee and grow relationships with our key accounts across Arizona. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage a team of Field Sales Representatives, develop sales strategies, and ensure outstanding service for our largest clients. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with experience in account management, sales leadership, and relationship building in the tobacco or consumer goods industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with large retail and wholesale accounts, ensuring consistent service and sales growth.
  • Sales Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Field Sales Representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities to expand product placement, increase sales volume, and strengthen partnerships with key accounts.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop data-driven sales strategies.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth execution of sales plans, promotional campaigns, and merchandising efforts.
  • Travel & Territory Management: Utilize the company-provided vehicle to visit accounts across Arizona, fostering strong client relationships.
