Lead revenue strategy and sales efforts for hotels in Phoenix, Flagstaff, Denver, and New Mexico. Drive growth by setting pricing strategies, guiding the market sales team, and collaborating with corporate partners to maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and communicate revenue strategies for hotels in your market.
- Lead and coach a market sales team to grow accounts and capture new business.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics to improve results.
- Partner with internal teams (Revenue Management, Marketing, National Sales) to align strategies.
- 3–5 years of outside sales and account management experience (hospitality preferred).
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in sales.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
