As an Inside Sales Representative
, you’ll play a critical role in converting opportunities into revenue. You’ll work with warm leads, reconnect with customers who have received estimates, uncover needs, and present solutions that drive results—for both the customer and the business. This is a high-impact, performance-based role with uncapped commission and strong support from leadership and field teams. • Make outbound calls to customers with unsold estimates to close business
• Identify customer needs, overcome objections, and present tailored solutions
• Educate customers on Day & Night’s services and value proposition
• Build rapport and trust to drive long‑term customer relationships
• Accurately document all interactions in our state-of-the‑art CRM
• Partner with field technicians and department managers to maximize conversion rates and appointment strategies
