Compensation: $45,000 per year (plus commission)

• Lead Generation:
  Initiate outbound calls as part of targeted outreach campaigns to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
• Consultative Sales:
  Utilize a consultative sales approach to assist customers in exploring product offerings and making informed purchase decisions.
• Performance Excellence:
  Meet and exceed performance targets through adherence to defined standards and processes.
• Customer Engagement:
  Maximize work time to optimize customer interactions, fostering positive sales relationships.
• Professionalism:
  Interact with external and internal customers in a professional and ethical manner, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
