, we’re looking for an Account Executive who knows how to connect with homeowners, present solutions, and close deals face‑to‑face in the home. This is not a door‑to‑door sales role. We focus on an educational, consultative approach while helping homeowners understand their options and make informed decisions. We provide marketing support and company‑generated leads, but success here is built on your drive to generate your own business and referrals.

• Educate homeowners on solar energy options through in‑home consultations and personalized proposals.
• Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing while meeting monthly sales goals.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and self‑driven outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support customer needs and project success.
• Follow up on company‑provided leads and ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish.

• Minimum of 2 years Sales experience. Preferred experience in the home improvement industry.
• Ability and comfort level to sell face‑to‑face.
• Skill and confidence in asking for referrals to build your individual book of business.

• $45,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Bonus pay
• First Year On‑Target Earnings: $125,000‑$150,000
• Company‑provided leads and extra commissions on self‑discovered business leads (your hustle = your reward).
