Dealer Sales Specialist, Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you’ll represent our brand, drive sales, and provide hands‑on training and product demonstrations to dealers, regional/national accounts, and end users across your territory. Recent college graduates with a business degree or similar are encouraged to apply. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Salary range: $50,000–$60,000. This role involves regular local travel and frequent overnight stays.

- Manage merchandising and brand presence across key accounts, regional accounts, and dealerships.
- Identify and engage potential customers, delivering product demonstrations to commercial end users, municipalities, cities, and park districts.
- Represent the company at national and regional trade shows, dealer events, open houses, and customer appreciation events.
- Provide training sessions for dealers, accounts, and end users to drive product knowledge and sales.
- Partner with the sales and marketing teams to support programs that expand market reach.
- Maintain company assets (vehicle, tools, computer, equipment) and safeguard confidential information.
- Travel within your territory (1–2 overnight stays per week) using a company‑provided vehicle.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve company goals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Some experience in field sales or product demonstrations is preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Familiarity with outdoor power equipment (trimmers, chainsaws, backpack blowers) or landscaping experience is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally.
- Willingness to travel with 1–2 overnight stays per week.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and customer engagement skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Self‑motivated, team‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
