Experienced Residential Roofing Sales Estimator | Phoenix, AZ | Full-Time | Small Base Salary (up to 90 days) + 100% Commission

American Roofing & Waterproofing is seeking a proven residential roofing sales leader—someone who can self-generate business, close consistently, and thrive in a high-performance, results-driven environment. If you have a track record of success in roofing sales, this is the opportunity for you.

• Daily company-provided leads (3–4 for top reps)

• Run high-quality, pre-set appointments and close residential roofing sales

• Consistently self-generate new business through canvassing, networking, and outreach

• Represent ARW at local events and within the community

• Track leads, manage contracts, and follow up using CRM software (Acculynx a plus)

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals

• 5+ years of residential roofing sales experience

• Proven ability to self-generate and consistently close deals

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Tech-savvy, reliable, and professional

• Physically able to walk roofs, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs
