• Respond to customer emails, text messages and phone calls. This includes always answering the phone, returning texts, calls and emails the same day, and escalating issues to management as needed
• Execute sales protocols for prospect follow‑up, membership sales, or intro class booking
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients of the studio, be it in person, over the phone, via text messaging or email
• Conduct tours of the facility while actively engaging with individuals
• Meet or exceed sales call goals per shift
• Meet or exceed assigned KPI’s
• Achieve personal and studio‑level sales goals
• Help to maintain a clean and orderly studio
• Participate in special events as needed to promote the studio
• Smile a ridiculous amount
• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, via email, and text message
• Must be comfortable with public speaking in groups of up to 12 people
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Goal‑oriented with an ability to achieve membership, retail, and service objectives
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
• Punctual, reliable and professional
• Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team
• Ability to adapt and evolve in an ever‑changing fast‑paced diverse environment
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
• Hearing sufficient to understand conversations, both in person and on the telephone
• Reliable means of transportation to studio and occasional off‑site events

• Starting at $15.15 per hour plus commissions and free classes!
