We are currently seeking a
** Sales Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator
** to support our sales department by managing customer relationships, increasing appointment show rates, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving long-term customer retention.
** Responsibilities:
** The Sales BDC Administrator is responsible for developing, processing, managing, tracking, and following up with customers to support the dealership’s
** sales department**. This role plays a critical part in creating a positive customer experience while supporting dealership growth and retention goals.
* Develop, process, manage, track, and follow up with all customer leads related to sales
* Gather and maintain accurate customer information to build a database for ongoing follow-up and retention
* Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, dealership promotions, and manufacturer events
* Utilize phone and computer skills within the Internet Department to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention
* Schedule quality appointments from inbound calls, previous customers, referrals, sold and unsold floor traffic, and other lead sources
* Maintain professional, timely, and consistent communication with customers

* Strong time-management and organizational skills

* Basic computer proficiency and phone skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
