Job SummaryThe position is responsible for developing and driving the opportunity pipeline for Oldcastle Infrastructure भूमिकेच्या solutions for the communications market. The National Account Manager leads efforts to bring the voice of the customer back into business, anticipates and identifies market trends and customer technical needs, and ensures that Oldcastle products are specified and preferred for use by asset owners, engineering firms, and installation contractors for key project opportunities.
This role works closely with product management, marketing, customer support, and manufacturing operations teams to meet revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction goals, and reports to the Regional Commercial Director.
This position is based in Phoenix, AZ.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe National Account Manager engages in all aspects of the communications market, attends industry events, and meets with new and existing customers as a technical problem‑solving and solutions expert. The role provides technical application support and training for external constituents, identifies market project opportunities, manages lead generation and demand creation activities to feed the sales pipeline, supports the sales cycle from inquiry through order stages, and provides post‑order support, both technical and commercial.
The manager also generates ideas for and supports new product development projects.
- Proactively identify sales & growth opportunities aligned with budgeted revenue growth objectives.
- Develop customer account plans and specific sales opportunity plans to align the sales strategy and execution plans that deliver on the company’s growth objectives & strategies.
- Develop and deliver training on product offerings and innovative solutions to key stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver technical reprehenderit presentations to customers, consultant engineering firms, industry groups, and other influencers through multiple communication channels.
- Work closely with the marketing department to develop effective collateral that promotes products, solutions, and value proposition.

- Excellent communication skills coupled with strong written, presentation, and communication abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 4+ years of professional experience in technical sales & marketing, product engineering, project management, and/or field application of products.
- Experience with infrastructure construction in the communications industry.
- Demonstrated experience working in a team environment and managing multiple projects.
- Ability to travel up to 50% nationwide.
