Are you a motivated and dynamic individual with a passion for business development? Crew Bloom is seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our client's team. As a BDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving a company's growth by identifying new sales opportunities and nurturing relationships with prospects.
The Business Development Representative will be primarily responsible for all activities related to generating new leads and closing new sales opportunities. The candidate will have an opportunity to make an immediate impact on day one by learning our systems and processes and customizing them for their own success. The starting rate for this role is 6 USD per hour.
Job Responsibilities- CRM database management
- Representing the company at trade shows and conferences
- Customer Relationship Management
- Managing inbound sales opportunities
- Doing cold calling and managing outbound sales
- Developing new business opportunities
- Attending and contributing to organizational meetings/retreats
