• Provide reliable front desk customer service in a fast‑paced beauty environment.
• Drive membership sales and upsell membership upgrades.
• Maintain accurate sales records and use Mind Body Software as required.
• Collaborate with the studio team to promote specials and events.
• Handle cash, credit, and membership transactions.
• Support daily studio operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Customer service orientation and strong communication skills.
• Results‑oriented with a metrics‑driven mindset.
• Sales experience preferred; basic computer skills required.
• Ability to multitask and manage flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, positive, and energetic personality.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Mind Body Software experience a plus.

• Competitive hourly pay ($15.15+ per hour) and sales commission structure.
• Membership sales commissions: $22 for Platinum and $10 for Bronze memberships, plus $7 for membership upgrades.
• Retail sales bonus tiered from 10% to 20%.
