Position: District MOD Sales Manager – Can be located anywhere in the Central West District

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and expand the employer's market position and customer base
  • Drive proactive engagement and solution selling across various customer segments
  • Foster and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction
  • Lead the sales team in utilizing the selling cycle and customer purchasing strategies
  • Oversee the development and execution of District and Individual Sales Plans (ISPs)
What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross‑functional teams

  • Experience with consultative value/solution selling methodology
  • Familiarity with digital solutions in the elevator and escalator industry
  • Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and manage remote teams
  • Previous experience in pricing and offering management
  • Skills in market and customer analysis to support sales planning
