An established and reputable organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager or Account Executive to join its team. This role is pivotal in managing and servicing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, including construction, contractors, HOAs, condos, and real estate. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with a strong emphasis on work‑life balance and community involvement.

• Salary Range:
  • Senior Account Manager: $80,000 - $100,000
  • Account Executive: $100,000 - $120,000

• Work Schedule:
  
  Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)

• Manage and service a book of middle to large market commercial accounts.
• Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with producers and oversee an assistant to ensure efficient account management.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients in industries such as construction, real estate, and property management.
• Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a strong background in construction accounts.
• Proficiency in EPIC software is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
