Territory Manager – Arizona, Nevada & New Mexico

Western Component Sales (WCS) is a leading manufacturers’ representative firm in the HVAC/R industry, serving the Western United States. We partner with top-tier manufacturers to deliver innovative heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration solutions through the wholesale distribution channel.

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Territory Manager to represent our lines of HVAC/R products in Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico
. This individual will manage and grow existing wholesale distributor relationships while developing contractor relationships to drive product demand through the channel.

The position requires strong sales acumen, technical aptitude, and the ability to deliver superior customer support through training, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support HVAC/R wholesalers through training events, open houses, product demonstrations, and ongoing product education.
  • Develop and execute customer action plans to effectively promote and support product offerings.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within the existing customer base and execute a defined sales strategy.
  • Maintain and expand personal HVAC/R product knowledge and technical expertise.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
  • Identify, communicate, and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Serve as a liaison between WCS, our manufacturing partners, and our wholesale customers.
  • Develop contractor relationships and expand business development initiatives.
Territory & Travel
  • Daily travel throughout the Arizona market.
  • 2-4 nights of travel monthly to Nevada and New Mexico.
  • Annual trade shows and manufacturer meetings (4–5 trips per year, out of territory).
Qualifications
  • Highly motivated, hardworking, and results-oriented sales professional.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
  • Prior HVAC/R or related industry experience is a plus.
  • Competitive base salary with strong upside earning potential.
