Account Manager

Teacher NEEDED!! We are looking for teachers who might be done in the classroom, but are not done in education.

Position Summary

To help deliver on EdTech's retention and revenue goals, through building solid relationships and exceeding our clients’ expectations. The RGMs build loyalty by fostering customer relationships, helping customers use EdTech tools and resources, and recommending empowering solutions, products, and services to our customers. RGMs work individually and in small teams, primarily via phone and email, to resolve customer concerns, anticipate customer needs, and proactively reach out to customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: Establish and maintain customer relationships that include building relationships with key contacts at client schools.
  • Have a proficient understanding of Google Sheets, Docs, and other tools.
  • Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts.
  • Facilitate cross‑selling opportunities with the sales team.
  • Promote high‑quality sales, supply, and customer service processes.
  • Meet or exceed assigned metrics for customer retention and strategic objectives as an individual and within a small group.
  • Lead solution development efforts with the Director of Operations and coordinate with other departments to communicate customer needs, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work with the Project Manager to accomplish client project requirements.
  • Have a full understanding of the Booklist Management needs for each client.
  • Results & Expectations:
    Manage 10–20 clients, retain at least 90%, check in with clients every 2–4 weeks, 96% completed implementation by the first day of school.
