What You’ll Do:

In this consultative sales role, you’ll be the key liaison between our cutting-edge IT solutions and the businesses that need them. You'll take ownership of the sales process— from generating leads to presenting solutions, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and hunt for new business through consistent weekly and daily efforts, including cold calling, canvassing, social media outreach, and networking events
  • Responsible for closing qualified leads provided by the marketing and sales development team
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Identify client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions
  • Sell managed IT services, VoIP, cloud, cybersecurity, hardware, and software
  • Convert leads into sales through calls, in-person visits, and webinars
  • Drive new business development while managing existing accounts
  • Prepare and deliver IT equipment proposals for corporate and SMB clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales with professionalism and precision
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach (calls, emails, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts
  • Lead and manage IT sales representatives as the sales division grows
  • Consistently aim to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals

What You Bring:

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Excellent time management, follow-through, and organizational habits
  • Demonstrated closing skills with persistence and confidence
  • Professional phone etiquette and comfort with cold outreach
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivate, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Sales planning, product knowledge, and a clear understanding of IT customer needs

Experience Requirements:

  • Proven ability to close sales in the SMB market
  • Experience in relationship and account management
  • Familiarity with sales in IT services:
    VoIP, managed services, cloud IT, and hardware
  • Knowledge of CRM tools such as Infusionsoft or Salesforce

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $50,000 – $60,000 per year + Competitive Commission (OTE 122K)

Schedule: 8-hour shift | Monday – Friday
