ABOUT OUR AGENCY I opened my agency in 2003, and today we’re a strong, growing team of 11. Before opening the agency, I began my career in State Farm’s Claims Department, which gave me a deep understanding of the industry and a strong foundation for serving customers. I’m a proud graduate of the University of Utah and a dog lover — my two pups are an important part of my life and often part of the team culture, too.

You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
