• Develop new end-user customers and expand distributor partnerships to increase market coverage
• Provide technical guidance and product support, particularly on new product lines
• Conduct regular customer visits and pursue sales leads
• Maintain CRM system with customer data and opportunities
• Achieve sales goals and ensure compliance with safety procedures

• Bachelor s degree in Applied Sciences or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with metalworking/cutting tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience preferred
• U.S. work authorization and valid driver s license required

• Experience in training and supporting customers and distributors on product usage
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry s trends and challenges
• Ability to speak additional languages is a plus
