Greets all Customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello; assists Customers with merchandise and answers questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner;
Maintains a clean and safe sales floor, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and restocking; ensures proper merchandise presentation;
Expedites newly received merchandise to the sales floor and merchandise items per monthly presentation guidelines;
Follows all policies for cash, checks, charge cards, refunds, and MOS disposals; handles bankable tenders with accuracy;
Provides prompt and efficient responses to Customer Service calls and escalates to Store Leadership when needed
