Develops and supports Membership by providing information on benefits and promoting products and services;
Processes Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts;
Fulfills Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring accuracy;
Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues;
Maintains safety in the facility by following safety standards and reporting unsafe situations to Management
