Sam's Club - - Responsibilities:
Collaborates with team members to fulfill sales and service requests; educates and mentors technicians; ensures safe and efficient customer service.;
Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality; proficient with Point of Sale systems.;
Leverages digital tools and handheld technology to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and train others.;
Communicates equipment, tools and supplies needs to TBC Lead; tracks returns and special orders; operates cash registers and processes transactions; maintains accurate inventory and compliance.;
Acts as a Talent Ambassador; delivers high-quality service, represents the brand, and supports training and development of team members.
